Due to the nature of the creative business that Shannon Kelly Art is in, we do not accept returns or refunds for artwork.

If you do have an issue with your order please contact us.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

If your items are damaged, defective, or you have received the wrong item please contact so we can evaluate the issue and make it right! You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
